Bill O’Reilly, Executive Vice President, joined Nicholas & Lence after selling his interest in
O’Reilly Strategic Communications, LLC,  a New York-based public relations and consulting
firm, which he founded in 1999. OSC specialized in political, corporate, and public affairs
communications, and clients included leading corporations, elected officials, candidates
for public office, issue advocacy organizations, and government entities.  Bill has run strategic
communications campaigns in dozens of states around the country, and he has served as a
spokesman for many candidates and causes in his 22 year career. Prior to founding OSC,
Bill served as a press officer in the New York State Senate and the New York City Council, and
as a vice president at a leading New York public relations firm.
